Fixer Property & Management was created and built by Katie Warren near the end of 2012. Born and raised in Falmouth, Katie was fortunate to spend her childhood life on the water exploring Cornwall with her family.
After studying Law at University, much to her parent’s dismay, she decided not to practice and entered the business world from a prestige sales perspective. A few years later, and after a sabbatical in the SuperYacht industry, the concept of Fixer was born.
She realised there was a need for a bespoke holiday property buying agent and management company in Cornwall. The holiday home industry was no longer an inexpensive getaway – people want luxury, finesse, and the true Cornish experience.
Owners need to be aware of the market, the competition and how to achieve the maximum potential out of their investment. Fixer was born and we have never looked back.
