Fixer Property & Management was created and built by Katie Warren near the end of 2012. Born and raised in Falmouth, Katie was fortunate to spend her childhood life on the water exploring Cornwall with her family.
After studying Law at University, much to her parent’s dismay, she decided not to practice and entered the business world from a prestige sales perspective. A few years later, and after a sabbatical in the SuperYacht industry, the concept of Fixer was born.
She realised that there was a need for a bespoke holiday home and property management company in Cornwall. The holiday home industry was no longer an inexpensive getaway – people want luxury, finesse, and the true Cornish experience.
Owners need to be aware of the market, the competition and how to achieve the maximum potential out of their investment. Fixer was born and we have never looked back.

Most importantly we keep Cornwall at the heart of the business. Katie personally prides herself on sourcing locally and using local trades – so your home is a contribution to the Cornish economy and the people who live and work here.
Katie's passion goes beyond this business and she works tirelessly as an advocate for the tourism sector, often liaising with MPs and Cornwall Council. Frequently featured in news articles and press features, Katie stands up for the hospitality industry, understanding Cornwalls delicate business eco-system which is so strongly supported by the visitor economy.
